WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT NIGERIA'S FATIMO BELLO.

The world of sport is wide, hence the reason some sports are given less attention. However,Table tennis sport in Nigeria has taken the form "Evolving".  Hardly has Nigeria being in the top best player of the world but FATIMO BELLO made it happen.

Born 27th November, 1997, Fatimo Bellow rised to the top proving from grass to grace. Formally ranked 350th of International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) world ranking women, she made a tremendous upgrade, changing her ranking to the 52nd place.

Fatimo Bello's dominant hand in table tennis is Left while her playing style is "Attack". She didn't just ranked 52nd with 350 points leaping over and leaving behind 298 position. She made this through series of rigorous training and back to back competitions. 

Interestingly, Fatimo Bello featured in the National women single Table Tennis Open championship hosted by NTTF and won thereby representing the country in international games. 

She has competed Internationally for Nigeria, and has always emerged winner, the likes of National women single ITTF Africa Western Region Championship, Maiden ITTF West Africa Challenge in Abidjan, Cote d'ivore and many more to mention a few. 

She recently competed in the Quarter finals of the women's commonwealth Games double 2022.

Fatimo is one of the many proving girl child are bent on ruling the world, displaying outstanding performance and can never and should not be underestimated.

Bello's new ranking puts her as the only Nigeria female player and 3rd Nigerian to have ranked as high in history.
